Glenn Springs Holdings, Inc. is a company of dedicated scientists, engineers and managers committed to state of the art methods for reclaiming lands degraded by past industrial and mining activities.

As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Occidental Petroleum Corporation, the 70 employees of Glenn Springs Holdings, Inc. manage the restoration of properties once held by Occidental and their subsidiaries. Such is the case with the Lathrop Site, a former Occidental Chemical Corporation agrochemical site in Lathrop, California.

For operations and maintenance of the Lathrop site remedial system, Glenn Springs has contracted Conestoga-Rovers and Associates Inc. (CRA). CRA, an international environmental consulting and remediation company based out of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.  CRA is responsible for sampling of the system influent and effluent, sampling of the monitoring wells, data compilation, interpretation and annual reporting.  The Lathrop program is managed by CRA’s staff in it’s Stockton, California office.

In addition, Glenn Springs has contracted The Source Group, Inc. to provide groundwater modeling and contaminant transport predictions as well as a comprehensive remedial progress evaluation.  The Source Group, Inc. is a full service environmental services firm that specializes in providing cost effective and innovative remedial solutions for soil and groundwater contamination problems across the United States.
